Welcome to TRIMALAWN EQUIPMENT
Harper Industries, Inc. currently is designing the DewEze ATM-168, an upgrade to its DewEze ATM-144 slope mower. Just like the ATM-144, Harper’s new model will be able to cut grass on all sorts of bumps, dips, slopes, angles, and undulations, but with several improvements.
The new design will increase the mower’s cutting swath from 12’ to 14’, include a more powerful 95-horsepower engine, incorporate new hydraulic mowing decks, offer an optional climate-controlled cab, and improve overall cut quality. These improvements will make the ATM-168 more reliable and less expensive to maintain than the standard ATM-144.
The DewEze mowers were developed primarily for
Departments of Transportation, commercial mowing operations, and
municipalities. With a domain that includes lawn maintenance for uncomfortably
sloped spots on dams, landfills, parks, highway right-of-ways, and the like,
they often mow areas too steep or too rugged for conventional mowers.
The two halves of the ATM mowing deck float independently, allowing the mowers to cut in ditches, over crowns, and on uneven terrain. Each model’s automatic self-leveling system keeps the operator, controls and engine components vertical while mowing slopes up to 30 degrees or more, depending on turf conditions
